    2020.1的IdeaConfig替换后无法激活，用户名下的.idea也全部删除了，换回2020.1的IdeaConfig才正常激活

    运行之后需要激活，C盘用户名下也没有.idea

    ideaIU-2019.3.3_64bit_Portable.exe 自解压出来有些文件缺失，比如idea64.exe.vmoptions就没有了，使用7z也解压不了，不知道是下载文件损坏了还是我打开的方式不对？

    idea2019.3.3版本：程序启动后，睡个午觉回来，电脑从休眠中唤醒，idea程序会弹出注册界面，并要求输入 actionCode，需要关闭重启idea才能重新正常使用。麻烦，大佬优化一下这种场景。献上我忠实的的膝盖！
