1.残留问题，请先点击卸载后，再次绿化

2.权限不够，管理员运行绿化工具，点击绿化

    果核，反馈个问题，用管理员权限运行绿化卸载那个exe文件的绿化之后office 365的word无法正常运行，excel和ppt都正常，不知道是什么原因。再次用管理员权限运行exe文件的卸载之后，word又恢复正常

      本人已解决，原因：下载文件夹在C:\用户\Administrator\Download\，导致IDM无管理员权限而无法继续

    这个版本Window安全中心自动报毒并且上传云端
    导致我现在这个版本一下载到桌面上就被直接删除（以前都是询问我是否需要删除）
    这咋办啊？

      大哥，我当然知道可以关闭杀软啦，我主要是在问能不能解除误报毒的问题（目前我发现可用的方法是在杀软里添加信任文件夹，把文件下载到信任文件夹里，可以免除报毒）
